BuntPlanet is delighted to announce that it has been awarded a contract, as a result of a public tender, from the Spanish Municipal Water Company of Malaga EMASA. Under the contract , BuntPlanet will be responsible for the service and maintenance of EMASA’s “suspicion calculation engine”, which detects unusual water consumption patterns .
As part of the project EMASA’s license to use the BuntBrain WaterMeters software tool as the analysis and management system has been expanded to include a total of 237,400 water meters.
The license for BuntBrain WaterMeters is based on a cloud implementation and will be valid for a period of five years from the date of activation, with data uploaded daily.
The BuntPlanet team will provide technical support to ensure the proper functioning of the system throughout the term of the license.
BuntPlanet is committed to a service level agreement (SLA) of 99.9%, which guarantees user availability at all times.
